Shipping Policy

*ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Order Processing Times

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our typical shipping schedule is as follows:

  • Monday - Thursday: Orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped on Monday.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Orders are shipped on the following Monday.
  • Holidays: Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note that during high-demand periods—such as new product releases, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen emergencies—order processing may take slightly longer.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your orders promptly.

  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: Wednesday, June 19
  • Independence Day: Thursday, July 4
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 2
  • Columbus Day: Monday, October 14
  • Veterans Day: Monday, November 11
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28
  • Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25

In observation of Christmas, we will be closed on Christmas Eve (December 24) and Christmas Day (December 25).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number (if applicable), which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can also check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" page.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will ship on their official release date or the next business day, depending on availability. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are paid for. Please note that release dates may be adjusted by the manufacturer or distributor, and any changes are outside our control.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is ready for release. If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the entire order will ship once the latest pre-order item is released.

If you would like to receive in-stock items or earlier pre-orders separately, additional shipping fees will apply.
